No account is required to shop — you can browse and check out as a guest. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we confirm it once we’ve reviewed the details you submit at checkout.

We may cancel or decline an order at our discretion — for example if an item is out of stock, we suspect fraud or an error, or we can’t verify or reach you to confirm delivery details. If that happens, we’ll try to let you know using the contact details you provided.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (Rs.) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may change prices at any time, but the price you’re charged is the one shown when you place your order.

We currently accept Cash on Delivery only — you pay in cash when your order arrives. No online payment, card, or banking details are collected through this site.

We offer free delivery across Pakistan through courier partners such as Leopards Courier, TCS, PostEx, or M&P. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but aren’t guaranteed — actual delivery times can vary by city and courier availability.

Please make sure your delivery address and phone number are accurate and reachable — we’re not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete details.

We offer 7-day easy returns from the date of delivery. To be eligible, an item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the condition you received it. Contact us using the details below to start a return.

Since orders are paid for on delivery, refunds for returned items are issued once we’ve received and inspected the returned product, rather than through a card or bank reversal.

We do our best to describe and photograph products accurately, but slight variations in color, size, or packaging can occur. Product descriptions and images are for guidance and don’t form a binding specification.

The Ghar Wala name, logo, and the content on this site (text, images, and design) belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

We provide this site and our products “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we’re not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or a product you’ve purchased, beyond the value of your order.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes will be handled in the courts of Pakistan.
